The Founder

Dipl. Eng. Georgi Georgiev graduated as an expert in Hydromelioration Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute, Sofia, Bulgaria in 1959, and specialised in small/micro dam desiging. He started work as a designer in `Vodproekt`, and after 1966 he worked as a specialist in `Grands Projets`, in the Syrian Arab Republic, then as a chief designer in the dams department of `Vodproect` and `Agroproect`, and as a technical director of `Agroproect`. At the moment he is a general expert in the Dams Department at the Ministry of Irrigation of the Syrian Arab Republic.
